Film and Video
During my time studying at college, I've made a good collection of films both in groups and as solo projects. Below are my top picks that best represent me as an artist and creator. Click on the image to watch the video on YouTube.
Sometimes I Talk to Myself
This is the film I wrote, directed, starred in, and edited as a part of a Fiction Filmmaking class. The film was made over the course of an entire semester and was created using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Gender Euphoria
This is a small experimental film I made as a solo project for my Fiction Filmmaking class. The film features stock footage as three anonymous people share times they've experienced gender euphoria. The film is meant to create the feeling of a safe space for LGBTQ+ people and was featured in an online art exhibit by the Vermont Arts Council alongside other student filmmakers from VTSU.
Fake Posters and Pastry Boxes
During my senior year I completed an independent study on Graphic Design for Film and TV alongside my friend Ruben Somda. As a final for the independent study we decided to make a silly mockumentary about how to felt to complete the class throughout the semester.
A Story from Hot Topic
During my time at Castleton, I took a Motion Graphics and Animation class where we were given free rein on the final assignment. I decided to make a kinetic typography-style dramatic retelling of a real story I experienced from when I worked at a Hot Topic.
